The convergence is also empowering human workers. Augmented reality (AR) devices and wearables connected to IoT sensors can provide AI-powered alerts, instructions, and contextual insights—enhancing on-the-job performance and safety.
By breaking down data silos and enabling continuous learning, IoT and AI are not just adding intelligence to manufacturing—they are transforming it into a responsive, adaptive, and autonomous system.
